If you would like to join us for our specialty cocktail for the evening its called “The Penicilina”, a riff on a cocktail called The Penicillin.
“The Penicilina”
2.5 oz – Mezcal
.75 oz – Fresh lemon juice
.75 oz – Agave Syrup
3-4 pieces fresh ginger
in a cocktail shaker muddle the ginger releasing as much of the juice as possible. Add the above and stir to make sure the syrup has dissolved then shake over ice and double strain over ice cubes or “up”, your choice!
If you don’t have or like mezcal you can go with the original replacing the mezcal with blended scotch whiskey and the agave with honey diluted with a bit of hot water (also nice to add in 1/4 oz of a smoky single malt if you have it)
