When you said Alexa is not supported, do you mean that you can't turn on that function? My house is using Amazon Alexa smart system and do you think I should get this monitor in SG or should get the one in US?

If it was oled, I would have bought it, it's the only thing it needs

Very good honest review. I’ve watched a few videos reviewing this monitor and it sounds like everyone received a free monitor from Samsung and are just a being biased and sharing no drawbacks or considerations.

I have the 32 inch 4K M7 personally I find it a truly amazing monitor screen for what it does with the apps I use it more for tv it also has pretty good sound and pretty good price but I find the M8 is way too pricey in Canada it’s $860 plus taxes it’s close to $1000 not worth it compare to the M7 which is $400 plus tax

Sorry one more question. I'm using Yeelight smart curtain and Switchbot as my main smart set-up in my bedroom. If I get this monitor, how do I enable controlling yeelight curtain and switchbot device from the monitor? I'll need to buy smartthings hub and pair yeelight and switchbot to them?

I've being following this smart monitor since the 2021 M5 M7 series. But the screen is too dark compared to other monitors. I believed it's due to using of VA panel instead of the usual IPS panel which would be brighter. I noticed from the spec, M8 is still using VA panel. Is this M8 brightness a big improvement compared to the previous series?

It would be great if they added USB ports into the monitor so it becomes like a docking station as well.
