Portuguese food is fresh and unique join as we live Portugal for the day, we experience a whole day of eating and enjoying Portuguese food and wine at home with a staycation. Lets us show you how we make up for not being able to stay in Portugal at the moment.
We have found a wonderful Portuguese Bakery and Grill in Kitchener, Ontario Called Liboa Bakery And Grill they also have a deli in the store. They make to order some of the popular unique Portuguese food from Piri-piri chicken to Bacalhau com Natas. All the dishes are cooked to order and available for take out. Their Pastel de Nata Portuguese custard tarts are one of the best we have ever had.
Our whole day staycation was Portuguese cuisine and we enjoyed one of our favourite Portuguese wines that we can buy in Canada JP from the Palmela region of Portugal, we tried the JP Azeitão White and Red wines both excellent easy to drink and widely available in Ontario Canada.
We finished with our favourite liquor Beirão poured over ice in a small glass.
