If you have over 7.5 million dollars of real estate, why do you still use a green screen only to show nice homes that you don’t own.

Recommending a specific investment violates laws & regs. He's not disclosing risks & costs or if he's compensated by the fund. It's all illegal & unethical. Not to mention he has a college sophomores level of knowledge, and not a sophomore majoring in finance. Plus he's providing absolutely no proof he's a major real estate investor. And why would a multi-millionaire post these videos? I'm betting this is how he makes his money… Not from millions of dollars in real estate.

Cool. I want to invest in real estate but worry about all the horror stories of bad tenants. Also some states have extremely unfriendly landlord policies.
