If immigration officer asked to submit a new document after fingers appointment, SEF will take 90 working days maximum to clear the process that is a standard procedure to clear the cases with the time line. But you can write an email to the concerned SEF branch where you did the fingers, in the email mention your reference no. in the subject and the write your query.
