Sir agent wants 1.30 lac for temporary work permit of the country Portugal SMM company 790 euro salary

Hello Sir,
I would like to immigrate to Portugal. I have a family of a wife and a child of 1 year. I am a Seaman working on a permanent contract with an International Shipping Company. I have a decent salary. But since I am a seaman I have to work on board about 7 months a year. If we stay in Portugal then I will be moving on and off for my job but my wife and child will stay there only. We do not seek employment in Portugal as we believe we will be able to sustain our family.

I am not sure what kind of visa categories we can fit into. My main concern is my nature of Job as I will be somewhat on and off from Portugal on a regular basis.

Kindly advice the procedure and the best options for us to settle in Portugal. What category of visa should I be applying for? I would definitely like to go for a consultation with you.
