SHARING THE LOVE – And we announce the winner of our PRIZE DRAW – And we cool off at a RIVER BEACH

This week we go and visit the sapadores at their look out and give them the shading some of you donated towards…. they are all extremely grateful and very shy of the camera.
We visit a local river beach on the way home at Almaceda to cool off for a bit after filming in the sun.

And we review the Blurams wireless security camera.
If you are interested in security cameras we can recommend them and we have a discount code for you . Here is the code: H7739TEF

  1. Great to see you able to add to your resources to manage your Quinta and to see you assist your local wildfire teams. Sure hits home with the need for resources to respond to fires as we experience the heat of summer, thanks so much for taking this on. On thing you may want to consider is that ladders have a suggested angle of lean and while you completed the task, you were certainly too vertical for safe ladder operation. I was a member of a small community volunteer fire brigade for a number of years and we had annual safe ladder use instruction for all members. The main issue was the angle of the ladder leaning on the structure. The simple rule we used was to stand the ladder vertically with the base at your feet and place your arm out horizontally at full reach holding the ladder top against the support structure, this is as close to vertical as you should get and allows ladder weight limits to be reached, greater angles of lean reduce the ladder carrying capacity and nearer to vertical increase hazard of ladder tipping. Take care and be well…/B

  2. If you get Luke to bring his canoe/outrigger, you could both fish and Molly (four legs) could go around the crowd that gathers collecting coins. Seriously, good on ya’ for supporting your community in so many ways. 🇨🇦

  3. Brilliant vid, guys. The vistas and scenery you filmed are gorgeous. The resolution on your camera is so crisp and the colors rich. Very good to meet and learn more about your sapadores, bless them. So good to see them enjoying a bit of shade 💖.

  4. Very nice to see how the sapadores do their job to prevent big fires.
I guess that a bit of shade is very welcome in the hot portugese sun.
Thanks for the video again! I'm very happy I won the second price! Thank you very much!
