  1. We spent 3 months in PT last winter and liked it so much that we are heading back to the Algarve this winter to dig into whether we want to do a D7. A big part of that is learning more about the real estate market. Any tips for how to go about that? Do we just find some agents to take us around even tho we are not 100% sure about moving to PT? Thanks for your super informative content, btw!

  2. Love u guys!! 💓 I like the idea of researching opportunities outside the popular areas! I'm looking also in Peru close to the Amazon jungle…to get a piece of property for an ecolodge. And expanding my real state horizons!
Amon…how do I buy or build a tiny house?? That seems like a lot work but that's will be my next project. Thank you!!! Erika & Sofia!

  3. Prices in Portugal might already be falling (like almost everywhere else in the world), because interest rates for mortgages have gone up by so much.

The statistics you see in the media today are all backwards looking and might therefore not reflect the current reality yet.

  4. A good topic would be to compare the returns of real estate vs. stocks. Were you able to achieve FIRE faster because you concentrated so much on real estate? I'm a big supporter of the channel and followed you both for around 2 years. Thanks so much.
