Actually in SA so many apartments and properties for sale and rent at a very reasonable prices and so many amenities, they don't just build properties in area's where there's no proper planning on how you will gt around or where to shop or schools etc, that particular area is new and mostly many successful black people now prefer that area because from waterfalls where mall of Africa is you go to Midrand then centurion,it's a very large premium area's full of successful people, between Johannesburg and Pretoria those area's are on the highway of JHB to PTA you can never go wrong if you chose to live in those areas, security is good and access to everything, and very close to Sandton city and many road that connects to the airport
