  1. I am a freedom-loving Canadian that has been making Playa del Carmen, Mexico home for the past 2 years. I'm grateful to live in this beautiful place 🙏 I would not recommend Mexico City due to the heavy pollution and crazzzy traffic.

  2. Picked Cambodia in 2013, made the move in September of 2019 – great timing or what? – and it's worked out great for me. Been doing real estate investment here since early 2014.

Agreed on residency in Singapore just not being worth it. I buried that idea about 12 years ago. Great place to visit though.

  3. We relocate expats to live abroad to many destinations. I would say that the time zone and the proximity is one of the biggest concerns for most of our customers. This are people who actually pay 10k to 20k for an international moving project and has the resources to invest abroad. This is my list of the places we get most request and book projects to: Mexico, Costa Rica, Panama, Ecuador, Portugal.

  4. Solid video. I personally wouldn’t ever wanna live anywhere besides the USA. However, I do plan to potentially vacation in other places for maybe 3-4 months out of the year & i’m just glad that I could maybe do that without securing “tax status”. You calmed my anxiety about that 😂

  5. The only city of this list I would suggest is Lisbon, and probably Mexico City. The other cities all have either climate, or political, or societal issues I could not accept to actually live and work there. The worst of this list is Dubai. Awful climate, dictatorship, open slavery – how a decent person can choose this city as home is beyond me.

  6. I am surprised that no one is talking about Armenia. It's very easy to stay and settle in. Very low tax and cost of living. I'm going there in October, will register there as a digital nomad. Has anyone had any experience in Yerevan?

  7. I have a home in Texas, paid for and cheap. Mexico is great. 200k for citizenship. Asia, lived there on and off for year's. Asia is a joke. Geopolitical aside it's ridiculous.. Colombia is nice, lived there for a few months. If you have a few bucks bypass Asia . Way over rated.
