Hi, my fellow simmers! ♡
Today I decided to build a small Mediterranean island house in The Sims 4 inspired by Spanish architecture, but also Italian, Portuguese, and Mexican. Portugal and Mexico are of course not Mediterranean countries but there were some design elements that just fit perfectly into this house.
This Sims 4 Mediterranean house is built as a residential lot in Tartosa but it would be a perfect rental lot as well. It can fit one couple.
For this Small Mediterranean island house, I’ve been using some amazing Sims 4 custom content from Felixandre and Harrie. The Sims 4 cc list and the tray file are going to be available on my Tumbler.

If you want to change my original walls or wallpapers, in order for everything to stay in place you need to install the Better BuildBuy mod from the Twisted Mexi ( ) and turn on deletion protection as an option in BBB’s filter panel. Turn it on while necessary and turn it back off immediately after.
♡ Unable The sims 4 cheats (If you have a Better BuildBuy mod you have this automatically) :
First type: ctrl + shift + c
Then type: testingcheats true – press enter
Next cheat: bb.showhiddenobjects
Next cheat: bb.showlive edit objects
Next cheat: bb.ignoregameplayunlocksentitlement
In the search menu type: DEBUG
AND UNLOCK DEBUG SECTION
– with all the items from the game

hiii coming back to watching sims build after a long time i see you're still releasing beautiful builds! and i have a build idea…what if you built like a small medieval European castle and furnished it with fully modern interiors? i think it would look pretty cool and would be the ultimate mix of traditional and modern styles. what do you think? since you are from Croatia i think you will find much inspiration for a small/tiny historic castle 😍
as for harries sink, I'm pretty sure they are meant to be placed on specific objects, harries sink works only when placed on those cabinet things that came with brutalist set or the concrete slabs and wont work on other counters, (i think I'm not sure)
Alas, I'm developing a bit of a headache so I'm going to be brief, but this is super beautiful! Another lovely build ♡ definitely going to be added to my tortosa!

Harrie mentioned this in her description. These sinks only work on table hight surfaces, not counter hight!

Hello, gorgeous build! From what I understand from Harrie's video, the Brutalist sinks are supposed to work anywhere as long as it is slotted.

hey Mon! from my experience, those sinks don't work on regular height counters. only time I can get them to work is when I put them on those concrete slabs and wooden cabinets from the same set. I think the height of the animation is the issue, or something like that. anyway, very cute cozy house, I love that lot. kisses
