it say it depends where you live in Spain when it comes to dog poo, if you let your dog poo or even wee on the pavement without cleaning it , and someone spots you , you will be shamed and shouted at by the neighbours , passes by on the street. It does happen (rarely) and it tends to be the sort of people that don't like to even clean themselves.
