  1. Abhijit sir please go through the Bengali channel "lost and Rare recipes" it actually tell you extremely rare and lost recipes as per the cookbook of old chefs which you not find anywhere in the country…. please let us know your take on the channel…

  2. Not a good podcast to listen to late at night. And yes, Abhijit please start the channel.

The one best street food is very difficult but I'd say, in Mumbai, the Pav Bhaji guy, diagonally opposite Haji Ali, where you eat on your cat's bonnet. I have my favorites (Right Place Sandwich opposite Breach Candy, Amar Juice Center, and Irani cafes) otherwise in Mumbai but none of them are on the street. In Gurgaon, it was Sector 14 any of the joint selling Aloo Chaat, Rolls or Momos – all great. But I was surprised even Hyderabad street food doesn't fall behind. Have lived in Kondapur for the most part and there was this guy right behind the bus stand that sold amazing Mirchi Bhajjis.

  3. braahh, yo, that's exactly what I was thinking about this taste atlas… it's a bunch of horse 💩. I bet no one can name any of the top 5 dishes of Greece, Spain or even France… The list seemed to be compiled and somehow rated by western folk…

  4. brah, tasteatlas placed Indian cuisine as 5th.. what the actual F, it should be 1st….
I have tried many cuisines,, and nothing, except Italian food, has even a chance… I think its partly due to the fact that everyone associates butter chicken with India, and maybe a few more dishes… but there are literally hundreds of dishes… each region has their own epic dish. ha, I had written my previous comment and then caught up to the taste atlas part in the video… Also the truth is when they say it's too spicy either their lying or they are weak-ass beaches, who haven't explored any other types of cooking…

  5. Hi Mr AIM,

I have been an avid follower of you on Twitter. When can we expect you back on the platform?
I am trying to do a semi keto diet ,which requires me to consume less carbs. I would love to make Indian dishes that do not have grains in them for a start😄
    Im waiting for your channel.

    Regards,
    Vaishnavi

  6. i am a Kannadiga and a vegetarian. Anna Saar ( Rasam ) is our staple food with some Sabzi etc. I saw a celebrity chef and a dietitian on a podcast looking down on people eating Rasam Rice and saying shit like " Eating Rasam Rice as a staple is not healthy ". Bhai humaare ghrmein log generations se khaa rhe hai and we have no one in our family who have obesity. Coming to taste. Bhai tum Mumbai ke restuarant mein 300rs ka Rasam khaake bologe ki taste accha nahi hai toh galti meri thodi hai. We use ancestral recipes for our daily foods.
