You asked about leaving some real time moments with sound. Thank you for asking the viewer about that. The first time I heard that in another creator's video it triggered me negatively (I don't know why I've been watching her for years) but the "real sounds" was a new thing and I jumped. The voice overs, music and watching content creators clean, haul, organize etc…is not an issue for me but the sudden switch to that "real sound" is painful for me. Other people may not have that experience. It's my personal issue just thought I'd share. I've noticed more people are doing it now so I watch videos on mute.

The only problem with selling in a hot market ,you also have to buy in a hot market unless you rent and wait till the market drops then you spend a lot of you profits paying rent😊

Hey. I've been looking for a home with more space for at least 2 years. I figured sell high, buy high so it's not much of a thing BUT I think everything is about to crash so I'm staying put. Between the cost of everyday living now v 2 years ago, stocks, etc….it's scary and too much incertainty.

Hello Katie, CONGRATULATIONS 🎉 on 20K, All though the grass seems much greener on the other side, my home is my safe haven. More money seems ideal but it isn’t everything there are definitely risks you have to take. I’m thinking more on my retirement and savings and just being happy and comfortable being home. I have moved five times it’s definitely no picnic. We live in scary times right now concerning safety.
