Stop nº13 on our search for surf and skateparks in Portugal is Moitas beach in Monte Estoril, also known as praia da Rata. Moitas beach can handle bigger swells and is also one of the two peaks on the Linha of Cascais where it’s normal to find SUP surfers. Basically it’s a long and mellow left that can handle some size.
