Since its launch in 2014, Sweet Inn has developed a new hospitality concept combining the best aspects of hotel and short-term rentals. The company offers its guests the chance to rent a private apartment with the benefits of inclusive hotel services such as: dedicated concierge, WiFi, hotel bedding and towels, luxury bathroom amenities – as well as options for à la carte services like airport transfers, local smartphone,housekeeping, dry cleaning, breakfast delivery…

Solely owned and managed by the Group, each apartment has been renovated and carefully decorated by local interior designers to reflect the atmosphere of the neighbourhood it is located in.

With its range of ideally located and stylish apartments, Sweet Inn offers a new way of travelling – that does not involve giving up the comfort and safety of a hotel.
This unique concept matches today’s traveler expectations, either for leisure or business purpose.

Described as a “hotel scattered throughout the city” by its CEO, Paul Besnainou, Sweet Inn also provides a central lobby with all amenities for guests (business center, relaxation lounge, luggage storage …)

To date, the Sweet Inn property portfolio consists of 350 apartments, including 100 in Paris, and has plans to quadruple this number over the course of the next two years.
Sweet Inn is currently operating in seven cities in Europe and Israel (Paris, Barcelona, Brussels, Rome, Lisbon, Tel Aviv, and Jerusalem), and will open in three new destinations: Amsterdam, Madrid, and Milan by the end of 2018.
