So this video is about a period between house-sits!
But includes a house sit funnily enough!
On our return home from looking after Alfie a Tilly and the house at pinheiro, We had a few days alone to get the washing done, and check on the land, trim some weeds etc.

Wayne and our friend Bruce managed a brief trip to São Martinho to meet with Carl Munson of the GMP show. He then introduced us to a couple that have bought a new build In the same village that we are building our house in. Effectively our near neighbours. We also took Some time to visit them (Hi Peter & Isabel).

We then spent a week looking after our Friends Paula & Bruces daughter and their pets and stayed in their house while they were on a trip to Madeira. It was only for a few days, but we had a fun time! It’s been a while since we have had to keep a teenager entertained! We enjoyed some good days out. Taking the dog for walks, going bowling, a trip to the cinema, as will as making pancakes, and popcorn for movie nights of home and keeping two cheeky kittens in check.

By the way, we never did make it to the car rally!
