The parrots have been there for as long as I can remember they are always squawking, I think the owner must be deaf , who would want to listen to them all day

If the pain is generating from the heel area then it’s definitely plantar fasciitis Kevin. I had it and I had to stop walking any excessive distance for almost 6 months. It’s absolute murder mate. Good luck 🤞
