  1. while you at it condemn the whole 75 shit i love it here but the government know they trash, and we see it every day don't let it snow or a hurricane come we all shit outta luck

  2. Rent this killed me they got these big buildings to rent out and makes all this money and don't want to fix nothing update nothing that's a shame now where all them people supposed to be rushing to go

  3. Ive heard that place have failed so many inspections due to mold and rats and other issues and this was a couple of years ago. They should have done something then but now these people have 48 hours to vacate and I'm sure majority of these people don't have anywhere to go. This is sad

  4. It certainly doesn't sound like criteria for emergency moving. All I heard is about is one elevator issue. Give them the option to walk up to their apt

  5. Anytime you live in a government or owned by the state complex by law they signed a 20-year contract that mean they get money from the state when that runs out they might not want to renew it that's when you're going to start seeing them not taking care of the property that's when you need to find somewhere else to stay because the next 10 years after that they're going to have to sell the property because some rich person from overseas want that land because there's businesses and Commercial businesses is at a high level that's a red flag and you can't fight it
