Moving overseas will end up being futile as ultimately the system of Central Bank Digital Currencies and a swallowed/implanted microchip to buy/sell will be global. Low tax refuges like Dubai can't survive without dollars or euros or yuan so once there's a real global CBDC and microchip, Dubai will bend and accept them for its residents too. Otherwise Dubai will get blockaded from the global financial system.

Alot of European and former English speaking countries are on board with this evil and actively moving forward with it while people are asleep. It seems that perhaps Russian countries are less so or the smaller less developed countries, the list seems quite small. I wonder if UAE would be part of this beast system.
