Thanksgiving is an American holiday that we celebrate annually on the fourth Thursday of November. Being half American, I want to keep this tradition alive in my expat life, so every year I gather together my closest friends and my community in Portugal to celebrate.
I always cook everything from scratch, and this time I decided to take you along on my day of cooking preparations and share some memories of my first Thanksgiving in Portugal as an expat to see how far we have come.
