→ Chris Bryant gives the best ‘no confidence’ speech – 5-minute video

“𝗡𝗢, 𝗜 𝗗𝗢𝗡’𝗧 𝗛𝗔𝗩𝗘 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗙𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝗜𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗚𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗡𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧”

In the Commons confidence debate yesterday, many MPs gave passionate speeches about the despicable failure of the Conservative government and Prime Minister Boris Johnson. But best of all was the dynamic, rousing and articulate speech by Labour MP for Rhondda, Chris Bryant.

Yes, even better than his own leader, Keir Starmer.

Dare I say that Chris Bryant is such a fluent and coherent speaker that one day he should be Prime Minister. At the very least, he should be on Labour’s front bench.

Any votes of confidence in that idea?

Of course, Conservative MPs didn’t like seeing and hearing Chris firing on all cylinders. Two of them were hell-bent on disrupting his flow with a trumped-up point of order, which was nothing of the sort.

But with that over, Chris was soon back on his feet and fired up again.

Everyone should watch and share. This was Parliamentary speech delivery at its best – so please don’t miss it.
