  1. have your ever thought of making a chute that you put up to a window. then you can shoot all the debri down it and right into your truck or a dumpster rather then carrying it down. it would save you guys so much time and energy.

  2. I Only found you a couple of days ago i subscribed streight away.WHAT AN AMAZING FAMILY YOU ARE.and what an amazing job you are all doing.i watch abandond buildings and it is a crying shame that so many are left to deteriate.i hope you buy another im hooked on your chanel guys keep going

  3. Billy thanks for sharing all that your family is up to. Waiting anxiously also for your brother to share progress on the cottage. I worry about all of those old ceiling tiles and insulation. Did you have it tested for asbestos before cracking on? Can’t wait to see where this project ends up. Cheers mate.

  4. Billy you shouldnt step down into a building. The ground outside should be 150mm below finished floor level inside. I guess there is no dpc on those external walls however I dont see any rising damp on the walls either, something to think about

  5. I have been very curious, are paint rollers not available in France? I noticed that you tend to use brushes for most of your painting. Thank you! LOVE the videos and look forward to them every week.

  6. I would on that last apartment, knock thru the first room to make a large lounge area with a small toilet, go upstairs to a kitchen/ dining area then bedroom and bathroom at the top.

  7. Have you considered hiring out the facade/grounds for television or movies down the track? It comes with inconveniences and possibly logistical problems, but, can be a nice bit of pocket money if you look into; where, when, who, how many, how long, what equipment will they bring/use, parking, would they change anything, what would they change, guarantee of returning property to pre-shoot condition, insureance (by them), would you need insurance etc etc. Just a thought.

  8. It might make sense to combine the 2 apartments to make 1 larger apartment with a more sensible floor plan if there is demand for 3 bedroom apartment with a small study (the small bedroom from the first apartment)

  9. In the shown apartments, if the grey patterned "plastic floor" is linoleum and not vinyl it is so old it is now "Mid-Century" and is the newest "thing" buff it out and keep it unless you can not rent it with it in it. Is that red tile in the units? Rough tiles is very popular in the re-emerging American Southwestern style. Dang, if the wallpaper isn't too bad you could even rent it to a Victoriana lover. Remember, if you can wait for a tenant cycle on a unit to make it perfect you are still making money and buying time.
