Quinta da Vinha or popularly known as the Dream Palace is an abandoned vineyard and palace that was a part of the Vinho Verde Route. Here in the Cávado region the production was mostly white wine. Today, the region is one of the largest and oldest wine regions in the world and it is home to thousands of wine producers. The now abandoned farm is surrounded by a huge vineyard and consists of multiple houses as well as a small castle decorated in Art Nouveau style.
