The fear of giving bad news becomes the source of lies told to the dictator who believes these inputs to be the objective truth, so putin marched into ukraine after being told what he suspected, that kiev would fall in three days, the president would flee and ukraine would fall in a week. This is my point about the dictator being lied to and only hearing what he wants to hear because of fear of giving the dictator bad news those who he depends on for sources of input lie to him and tell him what he wants to hear. the dictator with absolute power is feared and cannot have normal relationships with people any more it becomes a prison of their own making.
