I did laugh at the people complaining that Irish passport holders were being unfairly prioritised in Spanish airports!

It is a shame and total chaos in British Passport Office.
Even if I decided after long time of processing Passport Application to withdraw it and asked to return me my orginal supporting documents they still hold my orginal supporting documents 1 month more for nothing instead return them back into me when I really need them.
It is total stupidity to hold someone orginal documents instead do authorized copy of them by them and send them back to owner. Holding in a office drawers orginal documents of someone for 4 months of processing Application is crazy. It is no problem for me even if I will not receive British passport I still will be living without, but to hold in a Passort Office drawers my orginal supporting documents when I need urgently them in everyday life gave me headache.

Well well the EU could be more more understanding but they also don't give a sh*t

No sympathy, why not apply 4 months in advance. This has nothing to do with Brexit, the 6 month rule has applied to many countries for donkeys years. A little preplanning can solve all these issues
