From my point of view, the name ,,Free Company" shouldn't be translated to ,,Darmowa Kompania" because it isn't actually free in the game. Translation ,,Wolna Kompania" is more accurate I think, specifically from the perspective of the game. Greetings from Poland 🙂

Tier 3 reform Sortition is so OP now, you get to choose you ruler and he will always get +1/+1/+1 no matter what. Got most of my rulers above 4/4/4 all the game.

Not gonna lie, epsionage is very good now. I was sieged by AI in no time. I combined it with divine in my campaign and it is awesome
