We rent a car and circle the island of Sao Miguel, an island in the middle of the Atlantic. Sao Miguel is covered in rolling green hills with grazing cows and stunning views, if you get a clear day. The island also has several natural hot springs to enjoy at very affordable prices.

Hello there! Local here! The free hotspring is in Ponta da Ferraria, close to where you had that Sete Cidades hicking. Ponta da Ferraria is a hotspring that is a natural pool in the shore and yes its free, its the only one that is free. The tours in the tea factory I believe its only for groups that have tour guides, they dont have tour guides there giving anyone who goes there tours, you just walk in and look for yourself. The purple tea is in Furnas, where you had your hotspring bath, there's a place there that does that. In the tea plantation is normal water only.
