The death of the US dollar may be because of this man. In today’s video, I’m going to cover why the end of the world’s most powerful currency may be coming very soon.

The mighty American dollar was once backed by gold, but what a lot of people don’t realise is that for a long time it’s been backed by oil. Currently, almost all world trade in oil must be done in US dollars, which helps prop up the currency’s value.

But that may all be coming to an end. As recently, talks between Saudi Arabia and China may start to signal the death of the American dollar. Which could change the world for all of us.

  1. I believe that a couple or an assassination will take place as an example to other Arab kingdom whose ideas maybe outside the box to venture into. Think of Sadam Hussein and Mohammar Kadaffe. Both had the brilliant idea of wanting to trade their oil in euros. Both are dead.

  2. Clicked on this Clik bait. The idea that Saudi Arabia is going to kill the US economy by knocking off the dollar when the US is the worlds largest oil producer and is not dependent on Saudi oil is ridiculous. The Saud family grip on SA can be disrupted by the religious extremist that circle them in the region as well as from within. SA is totally dependent on oil for survival, and there are more than a few who would like to knock them off, so no they will not knock off the dollar or the US economy its not that simple.

  3. US power to price oil in US D comes from one thing. The fact that the US has at least 11 aircraft carrier groups and can project destruction anywhere in the world. Hey Saddam, let's price our oil in gold. Yes. Dead. Hey Ghaddafi, let's price oil in gold. Yes. Dead.

  4. Not Oil but Energy. Unfortunately, the best way to transport Energy is by Oil. But looking just to Oil is a mistake. LNG have the same potential and could be easy missed with all the focus on the Oil. So, keep an eye on gas, too.

  5. Thank you, the last one who tryed to change Petro-Dollar was Saddam Hussein, and we all know what happens to him.
Isn’t that a little self fulfilling prophecy if people change there Dollar in other currencies the would underline this effect?!

  6. So if we’re invested in to BTC and the $ collapsed where does the value of Bitcoin head, up? If that’s the case how does that relate to other currencies? I guess my question is how is it’s value affected?

  7. If Saudis don't keep their deal to trade oil in dollars then USA need not any longer protect the Saudi king. USA could just as well support Yemen with weapons. Plus, USA oil corporations will just drill more and produce more and price will go down and if not a great time for green and nuclear energy.

  8. The relative strength of the U.S. economy supports the value of the dollar. It's the reason the dollar is the most powerful currency. As of 2018, the U.S. had $1,671 billion in circulation. As much as half that value is estimated to be in circulation abroad.
