We explore an abandoned mansion.
This historic, seventeenth century villa stands proudly in the Italian countryside.
Venetian nobility began to build the first settlements on this land over 400 years ago.
Over the centuries, the villa has passed through just four families… influential artists, sculptures and affluent members of society have called this place home.
The last family resided here since the 1800s, since their absence, the villa is in a state of almost perfect preservation, untouched and fully furnished.
Their land includes not only the manor, but a private chapel, a winery, a carriage barn and several other large out buildings, surrounded by a stunning vista.
Join us inside one of the most impressive examples of an abandoned noble manor we’ve seen yet…

Just found your blogs yesterday I love them.❤
24:00 who is standing in the bathroom?
Hi guys
Have been watching for a while, found you through Karl. I have sub’d, and I gotta say, I was laughing my ass off watching you run to the Eiffel Tower, scaring the tourists!
Brilliant!
Thank you both
🇨🇦❤️🙏
Parabéns 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼,😘😘😘😘😘😘😘🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹 DEUS ABENÇOE Vocês Sempre 🥳🥳🥳
Thankyou for showing us. Amazing house.
I imagine the offices were to administer the selling of wine.
They are not bed-pans. They are chamber-pots. Bed-pans slope so as to allow them to be slipped under the bottom of a patient who is confined to bed.
I keep wanting to gather up the photographs & find their relatives & take them to them, but maybe they all had prints of them anyway.
Cool video 🤘🇬🇧
The cupboards with fine wire mesh on the front were for keeping items such as meat free of flies. Called 'meat-safes'.
It is sad to see family homes decaying.
Photography may not have existed when the 'original owner' lived there. When was this house built, please?
That staircase was something else.
Another great video 👍
salut je vie en France et j ais regarder la vidéo qui ma très plus s est grâce a Adrien l Urbex que vous avez rencontrer s est dommage que se ne soie pas surtitre en Français j aime se que vous faite salut
Absolutely beautiful!
Looks like it's been touched a bit since the two other guys filmed it a year ago. Lost Glory/ Explomo. Go look at theirs and you can see what has changed and is missing. I love watching videos like this but the problem is people see them, track them down and take and/or buck them up, So nothing stays the same. I'm sure after people see your video it will change again- and probably not for the better.
I really enjoyed this explore.
What a beautiful place, and excellent commentary too. Really good video. best wishes to you both xx
Fantastic explore. I love how you both marvel at architecture, art, and old photographs.when you return from your wonderful trip, maybe come up with some new merchandise. Love your journeys!! Take care, be well. 👍😊❤️❤️❤️
Os videos são incríveis, curto o canal! Mas gostaria que fosse legendado! Sou brasileira não entendo o idioma de vocês! Mas vejo mesmo assim kkkkkk
Everything about your vids i LOVE….but the family photos and the info of the family stand out the most for me……..lov your work guys …..BIG THANK YOU. and that place is AMAZING.
Wow what a gorgeous explore. That home is cool and the signal beds, there’s so many. I can’t get over those barns and the winery. Good grief there’s so many huge monster sizes of barrels in there. The pass through between the dinning room and kitchen may have been used to pass the food and drinks through during meal time. By the way, those bedroom on the top floor may have been for servants.
Amazing guys xx
Beautiful manor. Everything about it was amazing. The glass and woodwork was absolutely lovely. What more could you need: you have a chapel, plenty of wine and breathtaking scenery! I was really touched by the photos, everyone looked happy and seemed to be enjoying life. Many times photos from these homes don't portray any emotions. With these you could see a family closeness. Great explore Sam & Jess!
I wish you'd open a few books up and look at the publisher's page 3-4 pages in. It'll give the publishing date. I'm sure some of those will surprise us. I think the date will be legible in any language.
This is a stunning Italian Manor! The wall medallions though at the brown reception room don't represent a family crest, as far as I could see one of them depicts Saint George killing the Dragon, so they must have a religious meaning (we are in Catholic Italy after all). The carvings on the bench also depict the Lion of St. Marc (symbol of Venice) and not a monkey (???) etc. The chandelier is not also 'brown' to match with the room is simply rusted… Come on guys! Every grand house also is not a 'castle', it could be a chateau, a manor, a villa, a countryhouse, a palace and so on. Details make the difference… Try to represent things on their proper period and social context, I can understand you are not academics or experts, still these videos could be far more interesting with some serious research instead of saying nonsense. Also you must admit that you 'stage' a little bit the room scenes, cause I have seen this property in another channel last year (the 'so royal' guys) and for an abandoned place a lot of items have changed place… Pleasurable vlog inspite all these. Keep up the good work.
Wow what an incredible video this one is up there with my favourite. And to top it off a gondola ride you guys are living one of my childhood dreams. One day ill take my daughter there. Thank you for sharing these moments with us all. Love to you all. Keep safe xx
By the way the really dark and ornate furniture is Jacobean and is from the 14th century….
OMG! This house, castle is one of the best so far. Absolutely superb. So sad though to see the photographs chucked in the sink. What on earth happened here? Why pay did such a wealthy, prestigious family die out, really strange especially when they clearly had such a phenomenal wine business. The carriages and cart and horses where in the family photos. What a wonderful life the generations of the same family had. The house shows lot’s of changes throughout the decades, but still has original furniture. It must have been so flamboyant and magical when the house was illuminated by candlelight and the fires were lit and light shone through the beautiful windows. I bet the original occupants were a part of Royalty Dukes and Duchess’s with amazing clothes, like something out of Poldark! Lol I’d love to have a time machine and go back in time to see the house in it’s prime. I particularly loved the Vampire room and chocolate room. Wow I bet they had some amazing parties! Thank you both for your wonderful videos 💫🌟🍇🦚🎩👑🍾🏰🏫💒 And the chapel and preserved carriages were off the scale!!
Adding Love your visit with your friend along for the trip ❤️
Is that for making icecream at 16.09
Hi Sam and Jesse, So beautiful your explore is more like a fine experience peeking and peering into every nook and cranny.Very much to discover🥰💖👌It’s a delving into their background. The music 🎼 set and Sam’s narrating and Jesse’s reactions are priceless 😁 including the background nature’s song 🎶 Thanks for your videos 👏👏👏
Some of those pictures remind me of my grandparents. They wintered in FL in the 1920's and often went to Cuba which was a lot different than. Beautiful house and not as decayed as I thought it would be. So glad no vandalism. Thank you for an enjoyable video.
Injoyed the vlog from Margaret P from England
Very interesting! 💕👵🌺
Beautiful place really enjoyed your video xx
Such a sham that no one will turn that place into a wine museum
They must’ve been quite famous wine producers back in the day how unfortunate to see it just go to waste
Absolutely loved this. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
The antiques in there are worth millions I just don’t understand everything being left especially personal photos etc it makes no sense
That would be a fantastic place to film a movie
Simplesmente maravilhoso! Saudades de um tempo que não vivi!
