Started shedding tears just watching this. I’ve had a fair amount of grieving in my life, lost my father when I was 2 years old and watched my mother die when I was 11 years old, went through a lot of mental pain and neglect growing up. Wasn’t till my grandmother started looking after me that I felt myself dealing with that grief(or so I thought)

Wasn’t till I was in my early 20’s when my grandmother passed away from terminal cancer at the age of 72 that I started feeling worse afterwards, was drinking too much alcohol, taking recreational drugs and eating too much shitty food. This seems like a great way to just detach myself from all the past grief(or at least accept it and live my life). Looks like a place where you can actually shed your tears and be somewhat, reborn? I don’t know much about it, what’s your story(for those reading this)
