Cindy can’t you get a holiday visa to travel to Portugal so that you can get back, once there it maybe easier to get matters sorted in Portugal.

It’s typical how the embassy’s and consulates are f..cking useless, the less they do, the less they want to do !! Hope you get sorted out soon, I will be also leaving soon to go back to Portugal.
