  1. You have done so much on your land in a very short space of time. It was good to hear Dom speak about how this isnt a cheap way of life, initially. That any savings can get eaten up very quickly.
The setting up costs, buying the land, getting all the structures in place are not cheap things. Then you have to have some form of income to provide the food you need until you can get your own growing. But still there will be things you need that you cant grow. So it will never be a free way of life.
And it most definately is not an easy way of life, lots of hard graft needed.
Do you miss the travelling you used to do? Can you see yourselves travelling again?

  2. Hi guys 👋 just us 2saying saying hi and thanks for sharing this video update 🤔 great video update as always 👍 play catch up 👋 den and sue 👍👍👍🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🚌🚌🚌

  3. You guys are doing amazing. Hire some help in exchange for a place to park up. I would jump at the chance if I were not so far away 😚🌴🌵🌿🌷⚘☘

  4. Hiya. I’ve been watching your channel keenly. About to do the D7 visa thing. Already secured a tenancy near coimbra. Can I ask about the D7 process you did without an address, being off grid?

  5. We thought about using pallets too, but they're not very longlasting. So I'd not recommend using those honostly.. we are building a treehouse, but decided to go for larch, yes expensive.. but better for a longterm solution.

  6. This is weird lately I’m leaving messages on your videos and I go back to check them and they disappear that is weird it’s looking absolutely beautiful over there I love what you’ve done and you are exactly the same as me I do one thing go onto another and I just enjoy it so much take care be safe just pull the rains in a bit and don’t get too exhausted as I’ve done many a time when I had my land here over here 🥰❤️

  7. Potting table just the job 👍. Feel your pain with pallet stripping, done lots of them. Straw bale and cob is cheap and effective. You have done amazingly well and your hard work is plain to see. Respect. Hope Juan is ok. Stay well and all the very best to you all. Cheers 🍻. 👍🐾🌳🪴🐾😎

  8. Nick from project Portugal did a quick fix to a green house using a large roll of shrink wrap, maybe you could make a temporary frame from some of the wood on your land, so you can start transferring your plants sooner.?

  9. I'm always amazed at how upbeat you both are, as I'm certain you must be exhausted at the end of the day. I absolutely love your channel, and love what you're doing with your land.

  10. Evacuated solar tubes, for heating your water, so efficient, I mean really ! A couple of purpose built panels and you will not want for hot water, even in the winter. I cannot believe they aren't everywhere … a simple sealed 2 panel system running through a heat exchanger, a PV panel to power the pump, battery back up for night and away you go. The only thing is cost, intial layout could be expensive but long term it will more than pay for itself… anyway food for thought. 🙂👍🏻

  11. WildLanders looking good you all. I do love watching your adventures. Isn't it amazing what you can accomplish with a bit of imagination, a few bits of recycle stuffs and hard work. Progress is looking great. Hope your progress continues. I'm jealous at your youth and abilities. Keep the videos coming.

  12. To remove the nails from the planks I use a SDS drill on Hammer action only with a Bit I created to knock them 90% out then a claw hammer or a breaker bar. Check out Youtube there are a few videos about knocking out the nails. I built a 25 foot 7 foot high Fence from the pallet planks

  13. Thank you really enjoyed the video, maybe check out a solar geyser and panel and compare costs, long term would more cost effective. But would do one that can convert over to gas if need be.

  14. You have bitten off a very large chunk! Lots of work but you seem to be sorting out the priorities well. I'm not a gardener but am enjoying your progress with the seedlings, interspersed with you making stuff and how you are saving money with DIY 👍. Keep it up and keep sharing guys, love it 😊💚
