  2. Friends with a main group of real estate agents here in Colorado, they’ve closed only two properties this past month. Traffic is reallllllly slow and they are trying to hide how slow it really is!

  3. <Always good to hear your thoughtful and logical analysis. This small rally was a fake out! It is too early to see a major rally now. I don't care about bullish or bearish market.   5. Yeah they should create 2 types of rate, one is for business and one is for personal. Higher personal rate to curb the demand, reducing demand leads to deflation. And at the same time lowering the business rate encourages production, hence boost supply. Otherwise you are just swinging a double edge sword and hurt both friends and foes at the same time.

  8. We're picking up bus-loads of homebuyers arriving from Asia to buy real estate here. Some of those individuals are buying multiple properties from single home, condos, duplexes etc on the spot with cash! They are not concerned about interest rates or valuations or anything else for that matter. 2 weeks ago, we had a "big fish" who bought 5-story mid-rise apartment building with 50 units for $29,000,000 bucks without flinching. He asked how long it would take to sign the paperwork and that he could have the money wired from Incheon, Korea by the end of the day. As long as there is a flood of cash investors, I don't see the real estate market crashing.

  9. housing market was or is like a forest that has not had rain in months with lots of tinder just ready for a spark to set a runaway fire sale on over priced hyped values that are NOT sustainable.
