Thanks Ranjan, brilliant content as always. I am planning my next property move have been working on my strategy for a while but rising prices is making it more difficult and less worthwhile. Is there a way I can contact you directly with some questions?

No fall in price or real prices? There's a huge difference. If you did mean real prices that means nominal prices keep rising in line with inflation.

The housing market has already plateaued. The prices may not go down at the moment as greedy estate agents are whispering sweet nothings into the ears of equally greedy sellers. More landlords are selling up and none buying in due to the government vendetta on us over the last ten years which has now come to a head. The situations with the heating costs and Russia will effect the housing market also. It has been very much a seller's market over the last 3 years. I predict it will be a buyer's market towards the end of this year and those that purchased during covid, may be looking at negative equity.

Is Putin refusing to join in with the new world order agenda and rothschild banking?
Why is our media so biased? Houses still seem to be going up and the sharks are not giving up yet.

The property market will undoubtedly be impacted, it can’t not now surely? Inflation, energy prices, household incomes squeezed – that will drive down the property market demand at the lower end. Upper end, people will still buy as they shift cash into property, but they will be more discerning on big over the asking price offers. More stock will come on as people feel they are getting squeezed. I think the market will flatten and drop by 8-10% in the near term. However, if the issues in the world around us continue, I can see a big drop coming still

It could get real tricky, if the lunatic is pushed he may start an absolute madness! I agree with your thoughts about how inflation and interest rates will impact us, also the hikes in energy prices. Not to mention the inflation in prices in everyday groceries and items.

I hope prices don't go down. Sadly I believe any more bad news prices will fall. If interest rates hit 4 or 5 percent. A lot of the money laundering going on in London property will stop if the law is tightened. Interesting times.
Proceeds of crime will undo a lot of the people who have taken British citizenship. To prove where their money came from. And was it legal 🤔
