the District should pack them up and send them back to where they came from, most of them are more like white anyway.
I'm in a city in Florida, anyway every place have a lil homeless issue, But where I'm at, last year all of a sudden there was an explosion of homeless people show up in a lot near one of the main streets it was a lot of them too, so come to find out the near by cities and the next state was bringing them here and buying their homeless one way bus tickets here and there a republican mayor here too, they was shipping their problems out, it was crazy for a while, it took about a month and they pack them up and moved them out, I recall a few years back some cities was putting homeless on bus with a one way ticket, it's a cool world out here.

I believe some of those there are the emigrants bussed in from Texas via other countries,

There are tens cities all over the USA regardless of who is in the White House. When trump was in the White House the cops would sweep them out throw out the tents and beat the homeless. Was that better because you didn’t see the homeless? Bidens administration leaves them alone. If he gives them and homeless encampments throughout the USA cash how much? Many are also white people they all aren’t black. Some are on meth. How much cash and for how long? How are they going to continue paying the rent? There are long waiting lists for section 8 apartments and houses as there isn’t any vacancies for those because there are so many poor people that already fill up those places. So what is your solution and I’m placing this question to the black woman who made the video. She is yelling her displeasure thus nagging about the problem but not being proactive by suggesting any solution.
