Theo and Bee gave up their busy city lifestyles in 2014 to explore alternative living, and have lived in vans and boats since then without looking back! Along with their cat Ginjey Bear they have been driving around the world in their self converted Sprinter van. However, when the global pandemic hit they began converting their abandoned stone barn in Central Portugal to turn into a wonderful tiny stone cottage. Along the way, they have rescued a playful cat called Furrnando and have a wonderful flock of Chickens!

  1. Great spending some time in the U.K.
I am continually amazed by the beauty of the Peak District.
The trailer is a nice addition, and the ability to haul things back to Portugal in it is a bonus.
I hope the towing capacity of the Duster can handle the trailer over a long distance.
    Wishing you and Bea well.

  2. Hello theo. Very inspirational video, since i am looking for a ifor trailer as well and since the rates are too high in portugal, i wonder if you could share some information about dealers in uk. Thanks in advance. Miguel

  3. Theo!!! My man you have not had fish and chips till you've tasted ours hear in Cape Town SA. And that portion oh my gosh give me that fiver hear and IL get you at least 4 that size. 🤣🤣😂😂. Seriously Bru.

  4. The village of Ashopton was "drowned" to make the reservoir. Also the village of Derwent I think. This was in the mid-1940s. The church spire was originally left standing but was demolished in the late 40s due to safety concerns.

  5. I really enjoyed seeing you having your fish and chips. We are in Scotland and have had so much rain. Your trailer is going to be really useful. Step by step you are winning. I hope Bee gets much better. Safe travelling:)

  6. I live in NSW, Australia, when talking about rain, you could have had some ours!. We would have been happy to pay you to have it. Some poor souls have, literally been up to their eyeballs, unfortunately, several times in water. I think we have swapped, what you get we got, and vice versa. You can bet that that will change, just unusual weather.

  7. Great video again mate!
Yeah the weather is shocking over here lately! It'll be horrible now til about March or April no doubt 😔🤦🏻
Have to live vicariously through your sunny videos of Portugal! Lol 😂🤣
    Have a great week mate
    Cheers from London 👍🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇬🇧

  8. Well done Theo, I love the smile in your eyes and voice as well as the smile on your face. I was glad to hear that you had your fish and chips it was a question I was going to ask. There's no doubt about your enthusiasm and determination to get things done, cheers to you and Bee xxx

  9. Everytime I hear Bee’s voice in the Intro, and anytime I hear either of you say “Miracle Mountain” (despite the wildfire & floods), I get the biggest grin across my face. Thank you both for that.

    Much love,
