If the property has only 2 acres and an inhabitable house with no toilet, running water, electricity, etc. and most probably the bore hole does not produce enough water… 140 K is far TOO MUCH.
For half that money you could get a house you could move straight in and good quality soil with plenty of water, about 1 hour drive from the silver coast.
Forget the Algarve area, it's a rip off.

Folks overprice their property hoping to get more money due to a large interest in Portugal by Expats.
But the reality is they usually can't get their asking price.
