In this video we are so excited to be launching our Azores Portugal Workshop.
This workshop is perfect for those of you who have been dreaming of moving, retiring, semi retiring, working remotely, or investing in real estate, in Portugal.
We will have many speakers who are experts in their field such as real estate agents, building contractors, lawyers, bankers, notary and expats who have already made the move.
You will learn all about the Azores, the 7th region of Portugal. This workshop will be held on location and we will be visiting three islands, Faial, Pico and Sao Jorge.

That is definitely a good business move on your part. Congratulations! Here, in US, we are very familiar with this type of workshops in Central America. I am just curious, how this will work for simple and no so rich people from overseas, interested in buying a cheap old property to fix on islands and turning it into future retirement home for themself. I know, everybody involved in this new endeavor, has to get pay, get commission on real estate sales and rent. Does is mean that real estate prices and prices of legal services for foreigners on Azores will go rapidly up, just like what is happening in Costa Rica, Panama and Mexico with the similar workshops? It may be a good idea to explain this side of the moving to Azores workshop and how it works.
