This Affordable PREFAB HOME Can Be Built in 60 Days and Shipped Globally

Affordable prefab homes are something a lot of people are looking for these days but they’re getting harder to find. Prices and wait times have increased from a lot of companies but there are still deals available. I recently came across a company building some very cool homes with weathered steel exteriors and prices that are on the affordable end of the spectrum. They offer 3 prefab home options starting at 253 square feet and up with the ability to customize your home extensively. The company is called Tini, they’re located in Spain and ship their homes globally. In this video I look at the company, their homes and the prices. Watch and learn more about this prefab home company that I think has some of the coolest exteriors available.

  1. Planning to be fully off grid in 3 – 6 months and I mean fully. Heat water fuel. It’s not so hard really from the dawn of time until 150 years ago virtually everybodyOn the planet lived off gridMost people Who own a seaworthysailboatI’ll be off grid when they’re out at sea

  2. Its a base kit. Of course you can pay for smart glass that turns opaque at flick of switch. Deckingpergolashutters and awning would be additional in any house. Total agree solar overheating ought to be designed equally as chic and cost effective

  3. This one might be the one for me I love it I want small so I can cut all bills out that I can cut out and not miss Thank you for your hard work this channel is the best in my opinion here and you have excellent taste as well here too

  4. All these prefabs have way too much glass. Are there any that are built with security in mind? Seems like a miscreant with a brick can upend your life pretty easily.

  5. When searching for a tiny home, my NUMBER ONE priority is whether or not it can be off the grid. This is absolutely “a thing” for tens of thousands of buyers who want to help decarbonize our energy supply. Here in D. C., our home’s electricity is powered by solar panels. We generate so much more power than we need that we sell the excess back to the grid. We receive about $400 a month from our energy company and will have covered the cost of our panels within another year. In other words…our solar energy has paid for itself AND it will provide significant future income.

I wish very much that for all your videos, you gave the average monthly energy consumption (although this might be tough, as the homes can be built anywhere), whether or not they come with solar panels or if solar panels can be installed on the roof, and the carbon cost of manufacturing and transporting the home (I.e., is the factory working toward net-neutral manufacturing.). I’d also like to know about rain water capture and compostable toilet options.

    Thank you!
