I did booked a appointment in 2021jan because of pandemic I got a appointment after 1 year and I been to appoiment on 11 march 2022 so my citizen card and passport been expired in 2020and was not getting any appointments because they got there own agents who give appointment slots away for 100 pounds. so let’s come on the point my appointment was booked on 11 march 2022 I been very happy and I left to London for my appointment actually I travel 6 hours journey by bus were the embassy is based I reached there before time so I stayed and exactly on time I went on main gate the security guys comes to me rudely no manners it was heavy showers too I said sir I had my appointment booked today for citizen card they looked in there Book and goes to me your appointment been canceled can you tell me how my appointment been canceled when I not booked it through slot online I booked it’s through telephone call on top of that the security guard start laughing and making my jokes and he goes to me you been trying to book appointment too many times on computer that’s y system cancel your appointment I told him on top I booked through phone calling embasy and I got a proof they said wait we see if we get some one to to talk made me wait in rain 45 minutes and when I asked him sir will some one come to see me he goes to me if you want to wait wait or get lost been very racist and aggressive and arrogant hope some action take on this security guards and people who work in embasy who sell slots for money to other. people as you see as I started taking video all security started hiding them self reason behind this they were wrong and main racist security flashing water from umbrella ☔ on me you can see clearly are they train in security course to do this all thanks for reading
