Steven Croman was featured on American Greed and was accused of many things. I do not believe any of it however what I do believe is that he is a landlord who has had much success in the real estate market in New York City and it was well documented that he is selling over $140,000,000 portfolio due to the new landscape for landlords to own, operate and manage their properties inside of the city. I believe that overtime we will see more and more landlords leaving the city and going to places that offer them more freedom and control over their assets. What is happening in New York is a wake up call to investors from all around the world. We see beautiful apartment tours by real estate channels such as cash Jordan and Ryan serhant but very little is covered in regards to the laws for landlords inside of New York so in this video, I’ll be giving you a run down of many of these new changes.
