TIME TO GET STARTED! Stone Tiny House Renovation

This week we got started on the stone tiny house & it feels so good to get the wheels in motion!

To get all of the wood out of the tiny home, I made a temporary wood store (which I’m pretty chuffed with!). I also worked on a solution to stop Poppy escaping & Victoria made some tasty pomegranate juice.

  1. Hi Ricky and Victoria. Really enjoyed your video. The small stone building looks so much cleaner after your hard work, it's going to look great when finished. Drink looked good, think Victoria needs a juicer lol. Good job on the fencing to keep Poppy in. Have a good week xx

  2. Your different takes on how to find amusement and satisfaction in the everyday on your farm was fun.
And a big thank you on demonstrating juicing and how to mix a delicious pomegranate juice. I needed that because my 2 year old tree has gone crazy this season – carrying approximately 45 baby pomegranates. I only knew eating fresh, or freezing the arials.

  3. You were right to leave the mesh on the inside she,d eventually push through with her nose ! be prepared for her to start digging under the gate ! quick story we had a bearded collie once similar to Poppy always wanted to be with myself and the brothers, the uncle came down spent a couple of hours making a new gate for the enclosure. Finished he came up to the house for a cup of tea and said now he wont get out of that again ! The kettle didnt even boil before the dog was in the kitchen licking his hand ! The uncle just got up and left 😀😀. Love the piece with Victoria a nice addition. You,ve started the tiny home so it can only get better !!

  4. Lovely watching your progress. It is really starting to look like your ideas are bearing fruit. I can see that Poppy will soon show you how good she is at digging! Looking forward to the next vid.

  5. Hi Ricky and Victoria from Wyoming, USA! Just wanted to say my husband and I are really enjoying your channel and watching how everything is taking shape.

5 years ago we began the same
Journey as you of working full time jobs and turning our 35 acres of raw land into a homestead and building our home all on our own. We don’t owe for anything and have paid for everything as we get the money. Much respect for what you’re doing.

  6. I can't tell you enough how relieved I am that you suited and masked up for the cleaning task. People often ignore how dangerous it is to breathe in dust and spores and other stuff, and the effect of those on the lungs and overall health. Kudos!!!!

  7. When our dogs have shown a tendency to lick the top of their paws it was an indication that their seasonal allergies were flaring up. I would dose with Benadryl and they would be fine.

  8. He may have a grass seed embedded between his toes. They can become infected and also migrate into the circulation, so may pay to have a really close look 🙂
