Despite the new law in Portugal meaning it’s illegal to park overnight in some places, it didn’t really affect our road trip. However, we recommended researching where you stay before you do to prevent any problems.

Overall, we loved Van Life in Portugal and couldn’t recommend it more! Especially if you’re beach bums like us who love being by the ocean.
