  3. OMG!!! You guys! I'ts adorable! My books are finally getting some traction so, it's just a matter of time before we will be joining you there! Woot! On the Airbnb tiny house.. I'm not so sure though, because my hubby is 6'5"! LOL But we would definitely be interested in your other one the first time we visit! Will be in touch! Keep doing what you're doing.   6. Can you go through the process of getting the permission to build tiny houses for Airbnb in Portugal? I thought that in Portugal, in regardless if your tiny home is on wheels or not, it is still considered as habitual. Is that the same for your tiny house? Any help much appreciated

  8. congratulations guys! lovely house <3 quite stylish and elegant, love the kitchen space, so big!! and bathroom, bedroom. only I'd add a bit of Portugal feel in terms of colors to ;)). would be fun to stay there some day! * Is there a video with more details on the storage and sustainability aspect? like on the channel "living big in a tiny house", maybe they can features yours too!

  19. Do you guys ever consult with people in buying homes in Portugal? I realize that you are not legal advice, but I think a consult with Americans who are new to purchasing, you could add valuable input that Americans may miss when purchasing in a newer country. I know you say to rent first, but we want to buy as soon as possible…..so we still may miss things that you might be aware of that we would not. I have watched a ton of videos on buying in Portugal……but I think you guys consulting would be great.

  25. I strongly recommend a Portugal visit. Hope to return and check out your AirBnB. Other stops to consider for an itinerary: Monsanto (most beautiful village I've ever seen – on a small mountain surrounded by lush lowlands, with homes designed around boulders), and the Convento Sao Francisco in Mertola (monastery converted by artists, across a stream from a medieval village).

  31. I'd love to have a semi-off-grid version in an emerging developing economy. I have been considering this for 25 years, since renting a self sufficient house on the Sea of Cortez. Looking at Mexico, Ecuador, hopefully Portugal, France and Georgia in coming years.

  41. Love the channel. I’ve thought about doing a tiny house ADU…I’m curious how much your project cost- permits, building the tiny home, etc…could you share that in an upcoming video?
