I adore the 'deer' people, and the view of the rooftops is stunning. What relaxing elegance.. I want this one, Nick! I can feel myself living here one month a year and renting it out when I'm no in Italy. Just gorgeous. I just adore you your delight and enthusiasm for these gems you share with us! Always fun to feel your appreciation for style and — how much you love your vocation.

This is a very nice apartment. The renovations and decor are not overdone, and it has a very relaxing feel about it. I can only imagine the light there would be on a sunny day. I would have liked to have seen the inside of the entrance to the building, and what's probably an interesting staircase. This property is on the fourth floor, right? Thanks, Nick, for another enjoyable tour!

Another awesome apartment. A single floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Excellent living areas and the views of the main road. We can only dream of living in such an iconic Italian town.

Wow!!!! Love love love everything about this apartment. The floors were my favorite or was it the rooftop views out of each window…so perfect. Especially loved the artwork of animals in the dining room but being a floridian the green alligator🐊 in the corner was my fave!!! Thank you Nick xo ❤❤

Absofreakinglutely FABULOUS ! We can't believe the price. we guessed 750 – 800,000 euros.

To quote a very wise and discerning gentleman …. "absolutely charming".
Seriously though, a really lovely residence in which I could happily live, but for the stairs I'm surmising are involved in reaching it.
Compared to the boring, new built, less than 400 sq.' condos selling in my area for $650,000. to $800,000. and up (CAD), the price is also an amazing value.
Were I to guess that the other doorway in the kitchen (to the right when entering from the dining room) is an alternative entry/exit to the apartment would I even be close?

Nice compact apt in town. With new law on zero carbon, I stay in my compact 400 meter with no mortgage tax of 92 dollars yearly and private 15 foot walled garden of 425 meters and 7 meter by 3.5 meter pool. 3 miles to two great supermarkets. 🙏🏽🙏🏻🏁
