Travel Vlog – Lisbon, Portugal | My first time visiting Europe!

Located on Europe’s west coast, Portugal boasts a lively city in Lisbon. Teeming with people, the hustle and bustle life style I’m accustomed to in the US isn’t a thing so much as embracing the more simple things in life. People, here, seem to be more laid back and into the fine details that make life worth living. But what is the culture like? Since this is my first time here, I can’t really answer that question. But I think in order to find that out, you can’t be told. You must put feet on the ground and experience it for yourself. Take a walk with me, check out a few of Lisbon’s landmarks and cap off the walk with a refreshing pina colada!

  7. To those who start their europe travels in Portugal:
    I cant promise you the most impressive monumental monuments (pardon the pun) l.
    But o can promise you will find a most welcoming people who is willing to comunicate with visitors.
    I can promise you sunny weather or at the very least confortable temperatures at worse.
    I can promise you amazing meals food and pastries, served with great wines and some really good cool beers.
    I can promise you the country is different then expected, that it not some kind of mini version of Spain but a whole country of its own with its own identity and culture…. and language too, yeah!

  15. As someone living in Europe but have also visited the US several times, I think it`s hard to compare, in the US it`s this go,go,go, people are in a hurry to get somewhere while in Europe, it`s more relaxed.

  17. Thank you for sharing. My first experience was in London/Paris (traveling alone from San Francisco). My experience was so much more pleasant when shared. I live hear in Portugal now with the woman whom that experience was shared. Keep traveling. And share your adventure when you can
