The mixed nativity (native-born spouse/foreign-born spouse pairings) divorce rate is less than the divorce rate for native-native pairings in the US.
The divorce rate is less than 25% across the board for mixed nativity pairings in the first 15 years of marriage. The mixed nativity divorce rate plummets down to single digits after the 15-year mark.

I just watched Free Island Girl Live and she has a lot experience in Las Terrenas, DR talking about inflating the prices of land & property, condos are going for 500K. For DR being so close to the US, I believe the North Coast homes and Land will start increasing. Talyor Made has confirmed properties has been increasing.

are correct that DR is following how the U.S. is doing business, but also people from other countries including the U.S. are coming there inflating the prices of land & property, I was going to retire there this year, but now I'm reconsidering my decision
Dre's examples were so extreme and exaggerated as far as taking his wife here, there are plenty of latinas that come here and adjust . The real concern to me is them coming to the usa and picking up the feminist and independent women ideology. Logically yes if you take someone out of their normal environment it will be uncomfortable. I would never ever bring any chick back to America.
