Shame about constant low-flying jets, that would drive me crazy. All the desert that surrounds us and they put the airport where it is? Ridiculous.

Love the yard landscaping for the whole property. The downside in the main house is the laundry room is missing and the bedroom closets are small compared to some of the others you have shown. There needs to be a outdoor bathroom. If you are too weak to walk up stairs you don't have much space to lean on so you would have to crawl so you don't fall over the railings. The bedrooms are ok upstairs. What ppl are forgetting is that walk in closets that has drawers you don't need chest of drawers or dressers. I don't personally need much hanging space but storage space

Whoa…wait..so engineered wood that you can buy anywhere and porcelain flooring not sealed. The garage floored needed to be epoxed. The carpet in the master and upstairs was not replaced. The separation from the cabinet and the bathtub..no sir. Those things would need to be fixed before anyone should consider this home.
Also, has the windows, AC unit and roof been replaced? The house was built in 2004 and in 2024 that will be 20 years. .
Is that industrial carpet??? Everytime you open up those doors to the back doors you are going to smell horse crap…
For $2M I want perfection…

Basic house with inexpensive cosmetics next to airport and with a great view of power lines. Yesterday it might have been worth 1.5 million, today probably 800k. Good luck finding a buyer.

This home is nice. Beautiful home with nature lighting , backyard is awesome with good privacy from the neighbors. I like the windows in the water closets. The owner suite closets could of been bigger . I can see this home getting it's asking price.
