The discovery that stolen passports were used by two of the passengers aboard missing Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 has prompted the U.S. to add passport screening for all passengers leaving the country. Until now this was only done for those entering the U.S. Mark Albert reports.

Isn't this supposed to be a no brainer. Screening passports (all of them) was something the President called for since he started running for President in 2015. Why are we still talking about loopholes in screening process? Most Americans assumed this was already being done as routine.
